RESTAURANT Chili Cook-Off

At the Fairgrounds at Stanley Park

*AND HAVE FUN IN THE PROCESS!
We’re looking for restaurants who want to have fun and promote their business!
This chili competition is open to any restaurant in Colorado with a great chili recipe! We’d like to invite you to sponsor a team to cook chili at this event. It’s fun, it’s easy and it’s a great way to spread the word about your restaurant. The cook-off will be held inside a large heated pavilion with wine and beer tastings and live music all day. The entry fee is only $15 and goes to support local non-profit organizations. You are welcome to bring signs, brochures, menus and other materials to promote your restaurant.

Any type of chili is welcome – Veggie, meat, beans, red, white, green….whatever you like!

You do not have to cook on site. Cook your chili entry at home and then bring it to the Festival.

Teams must bring a minimum of five (5) gallons of HEATED chili. Bring chili in a pot WITH a lid. Label both with your name and phone/email.

Teams must provide their own serving utensils. Bring two serving spoons.

Teams must provide their own chairs.

Teams are allowed up to 4 people per team for FREE entrance to the festival. ($100 value)

Teams are encouraged to create a theme. This can include costumes, table decorations and pandering to the crowd. No fire arms or pyrotechnics allowed!

Teams are limited to four (4) people per team for free entrance to the festival. ($100 value) Others must pay full ticket price.

All teams must provide their own equipment including chairs, tables, propane stoves, cooking pots and utensils. All teams must have a working fire extinguisher. No campers, hook-ups or open fires. FEES:
Entry fee is $15.00 for the first entry, and $5.00 per additional entry. All checks payable to Estes Park Winter Festival.
REGISTRATION: • To make certain we provide appropriate set up, judging and awards; please register by January 4. Space is limited, so get your registration in now! • WE ARE ACCEPTING LATE REGISTRATIONS!
