Parade Participant Application

Join us - be part of the Winterfest Scherr Legate Lights Parade! Applications are now being accepted for the City’s only lights parade that stretches about a mile through the heart of downtown.
We're looking for creative illuminated floats, marching bands, walking and dance groups, car clubs, with incredible lighting.

Please ﬁll out the parade application and send back a complete application by email to Grace Faulkner, [email protected]. Once the application has been reviewed and approved, a representative will contact you on next steps via email.

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Be aware all payments must be done in person in order to ﬁnalize your registration and secure a slot.

Opening Day Vendor Application

Calling all Vendors! Applications are now being accepted for the Coolest Fest in the Southwest, WinterFest! Vendors are needed to sell festive finds, seasonal treats, or thoughtful gifts for the FIRST day of WinterFest happening Saturday, November 21.

Holiday Food Truck Village Season Sponsor

Be part of the magic of WinterFest 2026! We invite food truck vendors to become a sponsor in the WinterFest Food Truck Village, where you'll have the opportunity to serve more than 550,000 visitors during one of the City's largest and most anticipated Holiday celebration.

The WinterFest season runs from November 21, 2026, through January 3, 2027, bringing six weeks of holiday festivities, entertainment, and family-friendly activities to Downtown El Paso. To provide a consistent experience for our guests, selected food trucks are required to operate every day throughout the six-week season during WinterFest operating hours. Vendors should be prepared to serve large crowds and remain open for the full duration of the event, including holidays.

After you submit your application, you will receive a follow-up email requesting the required supporting documentation.
