Are skate rentals included in the skate pass purchase?
Yes, skate rentals are included in your skate pass rental

How do I purchase?
Visit The Rink page and scroll down to our purchase calendar under the Skate Passes section. You may choose skate sessions in 50-minute increments. They start at the top of the hour.

What happens if the rink closes for the day?
If the rink must close for an unexpected reason, there will be a refund offered automatically at the point of purchase through universe.com.

My child is young. Is there something they can use to help them skate?
We have a limited number of skate assists available for your child to use on the ice. They are first come, first served.

What are the Holiday Movies at the Plaza?
They are a free movie series on Sundays at the Plaza Theatre throughout the WinterFest season. They are your favorite holiday movies on the big screen for FREE, no ticket is needed to enter. First come, first served in seating. See the full movie schedule.

Where can I park?
There is parking available directly below the rink at the El Paso Convention Center Parking Garage (1 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, TX 79901). Event parking is $10. We have elevators from both floors of the garage to the main level. Find out more about parking locations.
